The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting top-tier candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with IT and business consulting teams to understand their project needs.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant
• Excellent communication skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team-oriented approach
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• High ethical standards
