Senior Marketing Analyst, Growth Marketing at Cleo

Cleo is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their Growth Marketing team. This role is crucial for shaping Cleo’s marketing strategy through data-driven decisions, focusing on organic and owned channels such as ASO, SEO, PR, Brand, and Social Media. The Senior Marketing Analyst will work closely with growth leads, marketing managers, and brand teams to optimise organic marketing performance and increase organic share. He/she will also collaborate with team of Data Scientists and Analysts at Cleo.

Role Involves:

• Defining key metrics and KPIs for organic and owned marketing channels.
• Conducting in-depth analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Supporting the design, execution, and analysis of experiments.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to launch and scale campaigns.
• Measuring campaign impact and providing actionable insights for brand initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in quantitative analysis within a digital product environment and marketing function.
• Strong understanding of organic marketing channels and campaign measurements.
• Practical knowledge of A/B testing.
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker, or Holistics.
• Fluency in Python is a plus.
