AutoScout24, a leading online car marketplace in Europe, is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to join their team in Brussels. This role involves becoming a key partner for car dealers, guiding them through onboarding, optimizing their online presence, and identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation, customer happiness, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Become the go-to partner for car dealers, understanding their needs.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
- Optimize dealers' online presence to boost sales.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Solve challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- 1+ years in Customer Success, Customer Care, or a client-facing role.
- Background in sales support or digital media is a plus.
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with knowledge of the other (English is a plus).
- Tech-savvy with digital tools and Salesforce (or willingness to learn).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
