Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead its NYC team. The Regional Sales Director will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales and will be responsible for coaching the team and increasing sales excellence.Role involves:
- Leading the NYC team to maximum potential.
- Coaching and increasing sales excellence within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
- 7+ years of Leadership experience in software/SaaS.
- Experience building successful sales teams.
- Experience with a sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocation.
- Experience engaging with prospects and trust with customers and to build influential relationships with partners in the business.
- Well networked to attract top-performing professionals into the selling organization.
- Experience with SaaS business models with enterprise security experience.
- Experience with multiple routes to market through a broad network of channel partners.
