Job Description

Axon is seeking a VP of Global Facilities to lead the planning, development, and operation of its domestic and international facilities. This role involves strategic leadership in real estate, capital projects, and ensuring facilities align with operational needs and sustainability goals. The VP will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and executive leadership to support business growth and operational continuity.Responsibilities include:

• Aligning facilities strategy with business strategy
• Overseeing global real estate portfolio
• Managing global construction initiatives
• Ensuring smooth facility operations
• Developing and implementing EHS functions
• Implementing a comprehensive physical security program
• Managing global budgets
• Supporting M&A activities
• Leading business continuity planning
• Standardizing service levels and vendor management
• Maintaining global policies and standards

Axon requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 12+ years of senior global facilities leadership
• Knowledge of global real estate and leasing regulations
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution centers, and front office sites
• Expertise in vendor contracts and management
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Experience in EHS, physical security, project management, and IT
