Senior Analyst, Strategy & Corporate Development

Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Strategy & Corporate Development team. This role involves evaluating and executing acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in formulating the company’s long-term strategic direction and capital allocation decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Axon’s executive team and key product leaders on high-impact projects.Responsibilities include:

• Developing a deep understanding of Axon’s product offering, competitive landscape, and ecosystem.
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis on potential M&A and investment opportunities.
• Partnering with executive leadership to formulate sound theses for M&A and investment opportunities.
• Driving end-to-end M&A and investment diligence and execution processes.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments for thorough diligence and seamless deal execution.
• Building quarterly presentations for Axon’s Board of Directors.
• Performing ad-hoc corporate finance analyses.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm.
• Passion for Axon’s mission to Protect Life.
• Expert Excel skills and advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of markets and competition.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
