Job Description
Axon is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CAO, focusing on commercial operations, controllership, and strategic initiatives. This role involves strategic and operational support, financial and business insights, team and culture enablement, and communication and coordination. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the CAO leadership team, ensuring alignment of priorities, efficient operations, and execution of key financial and organizational initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations, with exposure to controllership functions.
  • Prior experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A or business partnership role is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of building, pioneering, and implementing new processes with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills with robust cross-functional experience.
  • Resourceful in data mining, with strong modeling skills to uncover insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Ability to translate complex financial and accounting concepts into simple communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with precision and professionalism.
