Axon is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City. Axon is on a mission to Protect Life and is looking for someone to provide first-line IT support and be an enabler for the company.
Role Involves:
Providing first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Resolving connectivity problems, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining OS, applications, and IT peripherals.
Managing user accounts and access controls (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
Documenting technical solutions and maintaining a knowledge base.
Training users on IT tools and best practices.
Maintaining IT inventory and collaborating on IT projects.
Escalating complex issues to higher-tier support or vendors.
Supporting company meetings and conference rooms.
Handling user onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
3+ years in a customer-facing IT support role with a strong service mindset.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong written/verbal communication and customer engagement skills.
Experience supporting Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
