Axon is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join their Digital Customer Experience (DCX) Team. This role is pivotal in transforming Axon’s Professional Services through digital innovation, focusing on scaling and optimizing operations via technology.As the primary IT liaison for Professional Services, the Sr. Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver digital solutions. This includes improving service delivery, automating workflows, and enhancing customer interactions. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting key technology initiatives, primarily within Salesforce and other customer-facing platforms.
What this role involves: - Acting as the primary IT liaison for Professional Services.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and IT leadership.
- Developing and implementing system enhancements.
- Supporting data integration efforts.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing system support.
- Conducting testing, validation, and user training.
- Continuously improving digital workflows.
What candidate should bring: - 3+ years experience in a Salesforce business systems analyst, systems administration or development role.
- 1+ years experience in hands on Salesforce administration or development working with custom objects, automations (APEX / Flow), and integrations.
- Knowledge of database software or relational database theory and able to query using SQL, SOQL, or similar.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
- Tableau, Power BI, or Python report building experience.
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
