Logistics Lead (ONSITE)

Job Description

Axon is seeking a Logistics Lead to drive and optimize logistics operations across Europe. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient day-to-day coordination with freight forwarders, enhancing distribution flows, and leading process improvements across the supply chain. This position will play a key role in strengthening Axon's global logistics strategy, supporting Axon’s mission to protect life through smarter, faster, and more reliable operations.What this role involves:

• Overseeing and leading logistics within Europe.
• Leading day-to-day logistics and making impactful decisions.
• Communicating and maintaining relationships with forwarders.
• Reviewing and developing logistical procedures.
• Maintaining and analyzing supply chain data.
• Developing optimization plans for distribution flow.
• Owning and executing projects within the logistics division.
• Driving logistical intracompany communication.
• Assisting the logistics team with expertise and supporting the operations team if needed.

What candidate should bring:

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain logistics and operations.
• Experience in communicating with forwarding agencies.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to remain flexible, make quick decisions, and keep all parties informed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a quick-moving organization.
• Safety, security & compliance driven thinking.
