Axon is seeking an RMA Returns Processing Associate to join their team in Dietzenbach, Germany. This role is crucial for delivering world-class customer service by efficiently managing inbound returns and ensuring accurate order completion. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical skills, exceptional organization, and clear communication to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
The Role Involves:
Building and maintaining subject matter expertise of Axon processes and solutions.
Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right processes and tools.
Meeting personal and team performance targets around phone and case metrics.
Sending process or performance improvement suggestions to the Support Manager.
Functioning as the administrative representative to Global Returns.
Working alongside the operations team on the inbound process.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
1 to 2 years of proven warehouse experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to perform assigned tasks and projects quickly, accurately, and expertly.
