Manufacturing Technician Supervisor (Onsite)

Job Description

• Supervise equipment maintenance to support manufacturing operations.
• Communicate equipment status to manufacturing line leads and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and determine corrective actions.
• Manage work orders in the CMMS.
• Determine equipment spare parts needs.
• Participate in process reviews.
• Engage in problem-solving and brainstorming.
• Follow Environmental Health and Safety guidelines.
• Lead coordination and technician support to address rework inventory backlog.
• Monitor and communicate First Pass Yield (FPY) limiters.
• Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering on rework activities.
• Track and manage rework turnaround times.
• Provide regular updates on rework backlog status.
• Ensure technicians are trained on rework procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

• A GED or an Associate Degree in a related field
• Strong automation, mechanical and pneumatic knowledge and aptitude
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in technical manufacturing working with complex equipment
• Experience working with automated assembly equipment is preferred
• Experience working with high volume automated systems is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings
• Basic computer skills
