Job Description
Axon is seeking a Senior HRIS Architect to enhance their Workday implementation. This role involves planning and executing integrations, developing on Extend and Prism platforms, building business processes, and managing basic databases. The Architect will collaborate with Audit and Compliance functions and other business users to build new Extend solutions and design the people data model.
Role involves:
- Developing and monitoring integrations to and from Workday.
- Executing Extend builds and Workday to AI integrations.
- Managing security roles and permissions architecture (SOX-compliant).
- Maintaining test and production environments.
- Providing technical support on WorkDay PRISM features.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s (or master’s) degree in Information Technology, computer science, or related fields OR a bachelor’s (or master’s) degree in HR related fields with 3-5 years experience working with people data analytics.
- Demonstrated experience as a WorkDay admin or technical resource.
- Some programming background, Javascript preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of HRIS experience.
- Proficient in Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Experience in a SOX-compliant company.
- Workday Extend experience preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
