Business Systems Architect – Finance (D365 FO)

Job Description

Axon is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Architect to design and implement financial solutions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems aligned with financial and business goals. This role involves embracing complexity, optimizing processes, and delivering cutting-edge financial systems.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of financial solutions within D365 FO.
• Partner with finance stakeholders to assess and automate key financial processes.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of finance-related projects within D365 FO.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and finance teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Axon’s finance leadership team.
• Collaborate with internal audit and finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide training and documentation to finance teams and end-users.
• Serve as the point of contact for all D365 FO finance-related matters.
• Stay informed of the latest D365 FO features and solutions.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience designing and implementing electronic reporting solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with integrating D365 FO with other enterprise applications.
• D365 certifications in Finance or relevant modules are preferred.
