Job Description
Axon is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for Dedrone Federal to drive growth in the Federal Sector (Defense). This role involves positioning Dedrone's solutions to address critical Counter Drone requirements for federal agencies. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a sales strategy, build relationships with key stakeholders, and manage the entire sales process.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on selling Dedrone Defense solutions to Federal agencies.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers across federal agencies.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with federal agency leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Partner with Axon’s federal sales representatives and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in the CRM and provide timely reporting to leadership.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Federal Sector.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and budget cycles.
  • Experience selling advanced technology, preferably leveraging AI/ML.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
