Job Description
Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-grade SaaS solutions. The Technical Program Manager will align technical solutions with customer needs, ensure seamless deployment, and enhance product impact. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments, champions cross-team collaboration, and drives meaningful change.

What This Role Involves:
  • Leading complex, enterprise SaaS product deployments.
  • Managing multiple medium to large-sized projects.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to define program requirements.
  • Engaging with customer, sales, product, and software services leaders.
  • Overseeing program-level change management activities.
  • Developing comprehensive documentation.
  • Facilitating project team members and stakeholders.
  • Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Delivering foundational training to customers.
  • Mentoring junior project managers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex programs in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise software deployments.
  • Strong proficiency in technical project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Expertise in guiding internal and client teams through ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience identifying process improvements.
  • Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check.
