Job Description
Axon is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role involves shaping the future of software engineering at Axon, directly influencing the efficiency and effectiveness of development teams and the quality of products and services delivered worldwide. The position is hybrid, based in the HCMC office.
Role Involves:
- Leading the design and development of scalable infrastructure and platform services.
- Developing tools and processes to boost development productivity.
- Enhancing shared core customer experiences across product pillars.
- Providing guidance and best practices on architecture choice and design.
- Mentoring team members and championing operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to drive operational excellence.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Go, Scala, Java, .NET/C#.
- Strong experience with Relational and NoSQL databases such as MS SQL, Cassandra.
