Cleo is seeking a Product Analytics Manager to join their team in London. Cleo is building a hyper-intelligent financial advisor, and this role is an opportunity to make a real difference. The Product Analytics Manager will play a strategic role in shaping the product roadmap for how Cleo uses conversational AI to engage users and help them meet their financial goals. They will line manage a team of Product Analysts while remaining hands-on in delivering high-impact analysis.

Role Involves:

  • Working with Chat pillar leadership to build a discovery roadmap.
  • Setting best practices and supporting the team in OKR planning.
  • People-managing the team, promoting their performance and development.
  • Proactively delivering high-impact analysis that directs pillar-wide product roadmapping.
  • Building and improving analytical capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a data/analytics field.
  • Experience improving user product engagement through data-driven insights and experimentation.
  • Experience leading a high-performing team of at least 5 analysts.
  • Skilled at influencing decisions through data storytelling.
  • Experience conducting large-scale A/B experiments.
  • Strong understanding of statistics as applied to analytics.
  • Experience with metrics and initiative sizing.
  • Experience across the data pipeline.
  • Experience integrating research with analytics work.
