Senior Product Manager - In-Vehicle Cameras

Axon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team and contribute to their mission of protecting life. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for building and launching cloud-connected software features for Axon's in-vehicle camera product line. This role involves owning all aspects of a product feature's launch, ensuring its design resonates with customers, working with engineering to maintain a high-quality bar, and collaborating with the broader business to ensure Axon's products are competitive in the market.Responsibilities:

• Monitor hardware and software quality and review customer satisfaction for products at scale.
• Make data-driven product decisions using CSAT, product telemetry, and sales/marketing data.
• Partner with Quality teams to resolve hardware quality degradations.
• Triage and prioritize feature improvement requests from existing customers.
• Engage in VoC sessions to translate customer needs into product requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM fields.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with IoT devices, intelligent cameras, cloud SW, or public safety technology (Bonus).
