Job Description
Axon is seeking an Account Executive to sell Axon products and services to state Departments of Corrections and Community Supervision. The Account Executive will manage revenue and market share, develop client relationships, and execute account strategies. This role requires someone who can articulate complex solutions, build senior-level relationships, and navigate customer agencies. The position involves providing technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and product training.Role involves:
- Managing and growing revenue and market share at designated agencies.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Developing and executing account strategies.
- Cultivating customer relationships and ensuring effective service delivery.
- Forecasting and gathering intelligence on competitor activity.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing mid-sized/enterprise-level customers.
- Experience selling into the Corrections or Public Safety Markets (preferred).
- Understanding of Cloud technology.
- Ability to travel ~50%.
