Job Description
Axon is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their Enterprise team. This role is focused on expanding Axon's reach into new markets beyond public safety. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales both directly and through commercial partnerships across various sectors including retail, healthcare, private security, and more. They will also collaborate with the GM - Enterprise to develop the go-to-market strategy and team.

Role involves:
  • Building and owning sales to customers in new verticals.
  • Managing revenue and market share to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Developing business plans with stakeholders.
  • Executing sales training and providing marketing support.
  • Maintaining client and partner relationships.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years in sales or channel for a technology company.
  • Track record of sales and channel sales success.
  • Experience with executive-level engagements.
  • Experience with large VARs and Systems Integrators.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
