Job Description
Axon is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Boston. This role is responsible for selling Axon’s full suite of products to new and existing law enforcement customers. This is a hybrid role, requiring the candidate to work in the Boston office two days a week and remotely from home on the other days. The Account Executive will report to the Inside Sales Manager.
What this role involves:
- Developing and executing regional sales plans through prospecting and lead generation.
- Providing effective product demos via phone and web conferencing.
- Promoting Axon’s ecosystems of hardware, software, and service solutions.
- Attending trainings to develop industry expertise.
- Traveling to client sites, conferences, and roadshows (70% travel expectation).
What candidate should bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a full cycle Sales role.
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, telephone, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
