Job Description
Axon is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a hybrid role, requiring the candidate to work from the Scottsdale office three days a week and remotely for the remaining days. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling Axon’s suite of products to new and existing law enforcement customers through telesales and onsite visits.
What this role involves:
- Developing and executing regional sales plans through prospecting and lead generation.
- Managing accounts through outbound and inbound activities.
- Providing product demonstrations via phone and web conferencing.
- Promoting Axon’s hardware, software, and service solutions.
- Attending training sessions to enhance industry expertise.
- Traveling to client sites, conferences, and roadshows (25% travel expectation).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a full cycle sales role.
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
- Excellent communication, telephone, and time management skills.
- Enthusiastic and motivated with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
