Cleo is seeking a Head of Content Design to redefine how people manage their money. This role involves shaping the future of financial guidance, inspiring a world-class team, and building meaningful partnerships across various departments. The Head of Content Design will drive strategic impact and champion user-centric design, advocating for content design as a strategic pillar in Cleo’s mission to improve financial wellbeing globally.

- Shape the future of financial guidance by leading the integration of Cleo’s tone of voice into the product.
- Inspire and lead a team of content designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Build meaningful partnerships with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and AI/ML teams.
- Drive strategic impact by developing scalable processes and systems.
- Champion user-centric design to simplify and enrich people's financial lives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to represent content design as a strategic pillar.
- Deep expertise in content design or UX writing for mobile products.
- Hands-on experience in conversational design and chat-focused user interfaces, including working with LLM-powered content at scale.
- Previous experience designing products for a US audience.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners in highly regulated industries.
- Passion for creating inclusive and impactful user experiences.
- Strategic and adaptable mindset to advocate for content design.
