Job Description
Axon is seeking a Manager for their Deployment Operations team in Canada. This role involves leading a team of professionals responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of Axon's suite of products. The Manager will ensure the team meets client needs, maximizes the value of Axon's technology, and fosters a culture of excellence and collaboration.
What this role involves:
- Guiding, mentoring, and developing the Service Delivery Team.
- Managing team resources to meet project demands.
- Leading complex, enterprise-grade product deployments.
- Collaborating with business and IT leaders to define project vision and scope.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of Axon products and services.
- Facilitating training for customers and subcontractors.
- Documenting customer feature requests and issues.
- Contributing to the strategic planning of the Service Delivery Team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing teams.
- Experience in Digital Video, Mobile Communications, or SaaS.
- Experience in project management and resource tracking.
- Comfort with basic networking concepts and mobile applications.
- Understanding of the company's solutions and products.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to implement, drive, and track multiple simultaneous projects.
- Availability to travel (30%) within Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or Information Technology, Information Systems, or applicable Technical Engineering.
- Relevant professional experience contributing to similar technology projects or programs, particularly in SaaS environments.
