Job Description
Axon is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to cultivate strategic partnerships with key enterprise customers. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact, offering technical expertise, and ensuring customers achieve their operational objectives using Axon's product suite. The Technical Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights into customer needs to influence product roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
- Mastery of Axon technologies, including Fusus, body cameras, and Draft One.
- Lead business and technical presentations for VP-level audiences.
- Prioritize and execute project tasks independently.
- Manage customer expectations and provide tier-2 technical support.
- Project management of deployment plans, engaging with integrators and clients.
- Develop relationships with Axon partners to resolve issues.
- Improve technical documentation and communicate customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience with Major City or Enterprise-level customers.
- Proven track record in customer relationship and technical project management.
- Understanding of SAAS, Cloud solutions, Virtualization, and Storage.
- Knowledge of routing, switching, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, and Internet technologies.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to excel in high-stress situations.
