Axon is seeking a Technical Account Manager to cultivate strategic, long-term partnerships with key customers. The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, offering technical expertise and best practices to help customers achieve their operational objectives using Axon's products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights into customer needs, influencing product roadmaps and projects. The Technical Account Manager will focus on enhancing customer efficiency and confidence in their workflows.Role involves:
- Leading business and technical presentations.
- Managing customer expectations.
- Providing tier-2 technical support.
- Improving technical documentation.
- Communicating customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with Major City or Enterprise-level customers.
- Understanding of SAAS, Cloud providers/solutions, Virtualization, Storage.
- Knowledge of routing and switching methodologies, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, and Internet technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication.
