Job Description
MaintainX is seeking an Account Manager to manage a defined market. The Account Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for mid-market companies (150-5,000 employees). This role involves building relationships with clients, identifying expansion opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
Role Involves:
- Managing a portfolio of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
- Engaging and building relationships with mid-market clients.
- Identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proactively identifying client needs and providing innovative solutions.
- Conducting quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction.
- Delivering product demonstrations.
- Managing client requests, demonstrations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Using systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Managing sales pipeline and forecasting expansion opportunities.
- Documenting client interactions, contracts, and progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with significant time in account management or a similar role in the mid-market segment.
- Proven ability to grow client accounts and drive revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.
- Ability to manage large projects, understand complex sales cycles, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and impactful quarterly business reviews.
- Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced business environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Positive, passionate, and creative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
