Job Description
MaintainX is seeking an Account Manager to manage a defined market. The Account Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for mid-market companies (150-5,000 employees). This role involves building relationships with clients, identifying expansion opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.

Role Involves:
  • Managing a portfolio of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
  • Engaging and building relationships with mid-market clients.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proactively identifying client needs and providing innovative solutions.
  • Conducting quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction.
  • Delivering product demonstrations.
  • Managing client requests, demonstrations, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Using systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Managing sales pipeline and forecasting expansion opportunities.
  • Documenting client interactions, contracts, and progress.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with significant time in account management or a similar role in the mid-market segment.
  • Proven ability to grow client accounts and drive revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.
  • Ability to manage large projects, understand complex sales cycles, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and impactful quarterly business reviews.
  • Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, passionate, and creative mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
