Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively engaging and managing relationships with customers in the mid-market segment. They will leverage their expertise in navigating larger deals and have a proven track record of success in expanding client accounts.Role involves:
- Owning a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
- Identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions.
- Conducting quarterly business reviews and product demonstrations.
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Using systems like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Managing sales pipeline and forecast expansion opportunities.
- Documenting customer interactions and deals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in account management within the mid-market segment.
- Demonstrated success in expanding client accounts and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.
- Proficiency in navigating larger deals and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
