Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively engaging and managing relationships with customers in the mid-market segment. They will leverage their expertise in navigating larger deals and have a proven track record of success in expanding client accounts.Role involves:
  • Owning a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions.
  • Conducting quarterly business reviews and product demonstrations.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Using systems like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Managing sales pipeline and forecast expansion opportunities.
  • Documenting customer interactions and deals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in account management within the mid-market segment.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding client accounts and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.
  • Proficiency in navigating larger deals and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
