Payhawk is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate performance marketing initiatives. The role involves planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue. The ideal candidate will combine analytical precision with creative thinking to continuously improve campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities: - Create, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across paid channels.
- Scale successful campaigns while continuously testing new approaches.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis to extract actionable insights.
- Strategically balance budget allocation between proven channels and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with Web, Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, and Content teams.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Present performance reports to other teams.
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience developing performance marketing strategies for B2B SaaS products.
- Expertise with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
- Proven track record managing monthly budgets exceeding €50,000.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager).
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques.
- Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria and willing to work from our office.
