Bottomline is seeking an Account Manager to enhance the customer experience and drive account expansion within the Paymode-X platform. The Account Manager will lead clients to achieve their desired outcomes, demonstrating the value of the partnership with Bottomline. This role involves managing client relationships, conducting reviews, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Role Involves:
- Managing client relationships to become a trusted advisor.
- Executing monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Analyzing client usage and health metrics.
- Collaborating with sales to drive new business.
- Presenting product roadmap highlights to clients.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
- 4+ years of experience within a SaaS or payments business.
- Experience developing relationships with C-Suite decision-makers.
- Proven ability to drive sales and expansion.
- Experience building and executing success plans.
- Process orientation with a focus on client goal achievement.
- Detailed-oriented with effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
