Job Description
Alarm.com, a rapidly growing technology company, is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their National Account Team. This role is critical for driving growth through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting. The SDR will play a key role in identifying potential customers and setting the stage for the sales team to close deals.Responsibilities:
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals
  • Generate outbound leads through email campaigns, social outreach, and cold calling
  • Research and identify potential clients in key verticals
  • Maintain and update CRM with detailed notes and lead status
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Set appointments and demos for Account Executives
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting goals
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of sales or lead generation experience
  • SaaS lead generation experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach)
  • Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude
