Job Description

Cleo, a profitable and fast-growing unicorn, is seeking a Lead Product Designer to spearhead the evolution of its design system, Cleonardo. This role offers the chance to shape Cleo's next chapter and enhance the pace and quality of the company's work.

As the Design Systems Lead, the individual will be part of a newly-formed, cross-functional squad dedicated to evolving, implementing, and scaling Cleonardo. The role involves defining and evolving the visual language, tokenizing and standardizing brand elements, conducting UI audits, and driving cross-functional adoption.

The Lead Product Designer will also champion accessibility and inclusivity, communicate and advocate for Cleonardo, inspire innovation, and foster cross-functional collaboration. By focusing on company-wide quality, this role shapes the user experience across the Cleo platform.
