Job Description

Stone is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Credit team. This team's purpose is to enable credit offerings to entrepreneurs, fostering their development through financial education, accessible financing solutions, and close support throughout the credit cycle. The role involves planning, executing, and prioritizing complex problems related to the financial sector and engineering platform products. The engineer will serve as a reference for decision-making, assist the team in solving undefined problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. They will provide suggestions, constructive criticism, and contribute to technical decisions, disseminating technical knowledge within the team. The engineer will also define and autonomously deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects, often involving dependencies between teams.

Requirements:

• Software development with C#
• Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Solid knowledge of Design Patterns and SOLID principles
• Solid knowledge of unit and integration testing
• Proficiency in Git and Gitflow
• Knowledge of Docker and Containerization
• Experience with Elastic Search
• Ability to produce clean and maintainable code
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Kanban and/or Scrum)
