Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Solutions Growth Manager to drive the adoption and revenue of Klaxoon and other emerging solutions. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies, enabling sales teams, and gathering customer insights. The Solutions Growth Manager will collaborate with various teams, including Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success, to align messaging and rollout plans. They will also act as the subject matter expert, bridging the gap between technology and sales.
Role involves:
- Planning and executing go-to-market strategies
- Developing sales playbooks and training materials
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Gathering customer feedback and analyzing adoption data
- Becoming the go-to expert for new solutions
Requirements:
- Proven sales or sales enablement experience with visual collaboration, digital workplace, or SaaS solutions
- Hands-on experience launching or selling new products
- Exceptional cross-functional skills
- Analytical mind with the ability to leverage data
- Strong communication skills
