Wrike is seeking a Solutions Growth Manager to spearhead the launch and scaling of Klaxoon and other emerging solutions. This role involves blending technological expertise, sales acumen, and collaborative leadership to boost revenue and champion adoption. The Solutions Growth Manager will report to a high-level leader and have direct visibility and growth opportunities within the company. Wrike promotes a hybrid model for team members near office hubs, with 2–3 in-office days per week to foster collaboration and teamwork.
Role Involves:
Planning and executing go-to-market strategies.
Developing sales playbooks and training materials.
Collaborating with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success.
Gathering customer feedback and analyzing adoption data.
Acting as the SME who bridges tech and sales.
Requirements:
Proven sales or sales enablement experience with visual collaboration, digital workplace, or SaaS solutions.
Hands-on experience launching or selling new products.
Exceptional cross-functional skills.
Analytical mind with the ability to leverage data.
Strong communication skills.
Quota-driven mentality.
