Kano, a remote-first game studio, is seeking a Senior UA Growth Manager to spearhead new player acquisition. This role involves full ownership of paid user acquisition and retargeting efforts across multiple titles, managing a ~$3M annual budget. The ideal candidate will drive campaign performance, optimize spend, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve results. What this role involves: - Leading paid UA strategy and execution for multiple titles.
- Optimizing campaigns across various ad networks (Meta, Google UAC, Unity Ads, etc.).
- Managing retargeting campaigns to improve re-engagement and player LTV.
- Collaborating on Custom Product Pages and Custom Store Listings.
- Developing and managing budget pacing and channel mix.
- Partnering with analysts to interpret campaign performance and cohort LTV.
- Setting up and evolving creative testing roadmaps and bidding strategies.
- Analyzing incrementality, attribution, and lift across campaigns.
- Supporting ASO, SEO, and organic growth strategies.
Requirements: - 3+ years of mobile UA experience, ideally in free-to-play games.
- Mastery of ad networks (Meta, Google UAC, ASA, Ironsource, Unity, TikTok).
- Hands-on experience with campaign setup, budgeting, and creative testing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance data and cohort LTV.
- Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Singular, Adjust) and ASO tools.
- Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.
- Strategic mindset with an eye for detail and experimentation.
