Lush is seeking a Temporary Part Time Floor Leader for their Destiny USA location in Syracuse, New York. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves leading and inspiring a team of sales associates, coaching them on sales techniques and product knowledge, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The Floor Leader will also be responsible for cash handling, store opening/closing procedures, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and coaching the sales team
• Delivering world-class customer experiences
• Educating customers on Lush brand values
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing
• Maintaining a clean and organized store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
