Cleo, a fast-growing fintech company, is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join its Growth pillar in London. The company aims to revolutionize people's relationship with money by providing access to intelligent financial advice. The Lead Product Designer will focus on acquiring new users and helping them quickly derive value from Cleo.
The role involves working with cross-functional teams to identify and address user needs, drive product growth through data analysis and experimentation, and influence strategy through insights into user behavior. The Lead Product Designer will play a vital role in the next phase of Cleo's mission to improve financial health.
Role involves:
- Identifying and solving user needs to create value for users and Cleo.
- Aligning design vision and KPIs to improve design quality.
- Driving long-term product growth via data analysis, ideation, and experimentation.
- Influencing strategy and roadmaps through data-driven insights.
- Designing high-quality user experiences to achieve product goals.
- Maximizing team impact through a test, learn, iterate design process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in growth-focused work.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality design execution in fast-paced, product-led businesses.
- Outcome-focused designer, motivated by balancing business goals and user experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis to optimize features and journeys.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with tech and marketing stakeholders.
- Understanding of cognitive psychology and social mechanisms is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively with AI and chat interfaces is a plus.
