Veeam, the #1 global market leader in data resilience, is seeking a Country Manager for France and French-speaking Africa. This role involves achieving revenue targets, implementing strategic action plans, and analyzing the market to maximize revenue growth. The Country Manager will support the sales team, facilitate partner quotations, and prepare forecasts. They will also manage resources, define performance indicators, and recruit and develop employee skills, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Role Involves:
- Achieving revenue targets for France and French-speaking Africa.
- Proposing and implementing strategic action plans.
- Analyzing the market to maximize revenue growth.
- Supporting the sales team and facilitating partner quotations.
- Preparing and communicating accurate forecasts.
- Managing resources and defining performance indicators.
- Recruiting and developing employee skills.
- Fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Experienced, rigorous, and charismatic leader.
- Proven experience in a dynamic, fast-moving market.
- Experience within companies undergoing major transformation.
- Good listening, organizational, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Enterprise segment.
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure, security, cloud, and SaaS sales markets.
- Ability to move into a broader regional role in the future.
