Cleo is seeking a Principal Product Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of its app experience. This role involves delivering company objectives to design a world-class app that users love. The Principal Product Designer will report to the VP, Design and will work closely with Product Design Managers, identifying and delivering organisation-wide transformational impact through projects across all squads and the Experience Platform team.

The ideal candidate will establish and maintain the highest design standards for the quality of work delivered by the team, as well as the way they operate.

Responsibilities:

  • Working across Cleo’s pillars and squads to support design managers.
  • Establishing and maintaining exceptional levels of design craft and execution.
  • Identifying and pitching for opportunities to impact Cleo’s product strategy.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across product, engineering, data, marketing.
  • Supporting design leadership in establishing a happy, inclusive working culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of designing impactful consumer app experiences.
  • High level of craftsmanship in visual, UI, interaction design and prototyping.
  • Experience driving impact at the organisation level across multiple product areas.
  • 'Make it happen' mindset.
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
