UX/ UI Product Designer

Job Description

Nexxen is seeking a UX/UI Product Designer to join its Product Department in Tel Aviv. Nexxen empowers advertisers, agencies, publishers and broadcasters around the world to utilize data and advanced TV in the ways that are most meaningful to them.

The ideal candidate will lead UX/UI efforts across all product phases, from discovery to production. He will translate insights into high-fidelity platform designs, unifying usability needs, brand vision, UI components, and backend requirements. He will collaborate closely with engineers to validate feasibility and deliver production-ready assets.

What this role involves:

• Leading UX/UI efforts across all product phases.
• Gathering requirements and conducting market research.
• Creating user flows, site maps, and mockups.
• Translating insights into high-fidelity platform designs.
• Collaborating with engineers to validate feasibility.
• Delivering production-ready assets.
• Driving continuous improvement and optimizing platform quality.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.

Requirements:

• BA in Design or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in web design, interactive design, and/or information architecture.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual and graphic skills.
• Proficiency in research methods such as competitive analyses, user surveys, and usability tests.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and prototyping tools.
• Fluency in the latest web standards and web technologies.
• Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms (preferred).
• Experience working in Adtech or Martech (preferred).
