Job Description
Virtasant is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to manage software engineering projects for clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Technical Delivery Lead will be responsible for the full scope and delivery of multiple projects, working with global teams and innovative cloud technologies. This role requires regular visits to client offices.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of accountability for all assigned projects.
- Manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate them to clients.
- Establish clear communication and reporting mechanisms.
- Manage global teams of Virtasant professionals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive improvement in clients' technology and processes.
- Become a trusted advisor and partner to clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing complex software engineering projects in a consulting or professional services organization.
- Engineering background to understand technical requirements.
- Track record of success managing client relationships and driving growth through delivery.
- Experience in building and establishing support processes.
- Ability to adapt to changes in requirements and direction.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Understanding of Agile and other project management methodologies.
- Experience establishing project management metrics, tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills.
