Cleo is seeking an Engineering Manager to guide and develop engineers within the Growth pillar, focusing on Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue (AARRR) frameworks. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for the technical delivery of teams and the well-being of reports.
The role involves people management, including hiring, coaching, and developing engineers. The Engineering Manager should be accountable for engineering needs, collaborating with product, data, and experience teams. They should seek opportunities to improve processes, participate in design sessions, and develop the technical roadmap.
Responsibilities: - People management of multiple squads and engineers.
