10up is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team on a freelance contract basis. This remote role is open to applicants located anywhere within the IST timezone (+/-4). The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for conducting manual, visual, and functional testing throughout the software development lifecycle on various projects for high-profile clients. They will ensure that the company not only meets defined requirements but consistently delivers the highest quality experience for end-users.
Role involves:
- Acting as the day-to-day QA Owner for dedicated client projects.
- Creating and executing QA and test case plans.
- Ensuring high-quality deliverables through rigorous QA processes.
- Maintaining collaborative relationships with project managers.
- Participating in project discovery to align on QA project requirements.
- Assisting with translating requirements into comprehensive approaches for QA.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience in an agency environment.
- Experience with web-based technology projects.
- Proficiency in cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Familiarity with major computer and mobile operating systems.
- Experience writing detailed test plans and test cases for manual testing.
- Critical thinking, user empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail.
