Growth Marketing Engineer

Job Description

Cleo, a fast-growing unicorn, is seeking a Growth Marketing Engineer to join their team. This role involves improving the reach of Cleo's product and helping improve users’ financial health. The Growth Marketing Engineer will be part of a cross-functional Growth squad, collaborating with marketers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts.Role responsibilities include:

• Technical oversight of attribution touch points and distribution of events to 3rd parties.
• Working with 3rd party platforms such as ad networks, affiliate networks, attribution platforms, CRM, and web platforms.
• Collaboratively working with Marketing and Data teams to set up efficient attribution pipelines.
• Optimizing the website for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Making informed delivery decisions based upon the overview of data being sent to / ingested from 3rd parties.
• Getting involved in cross-cutting concerns that lift the entire engineering effort.

Requirements for the role include:

• Experienced Growth Engineer that knows how to utilise experimentation, creativity and analysis to make an outsized impact.
• Experienced working closely with marketing teams to optimise and develop innovative web flows.
• Self-driven; finding a balance between Making it Happen in the present and identifying best practice for future Growth Engineers to join and build upon your foundations.
