The Growth Engineer will be part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with marketers, designers, data analysts, and others to enhance the product's reach. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Growth Engineering at Cleo.

What the role involves:

  • Technical oversight of attribution touchpoints and event distribution to third parties.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Data teams to establish efficient attribution pipelines.
  • Optimizing the website for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
  • Making data-driven delivery decisions.
  • Participating in product ideation sessions, user research, design reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Growth Engineer
  • Experience working closely with Marketing teams to optimise and develop innovative web flows.
  • Self-driven & passionate about making a positive impact.
