Product Designer & Manager

Job Description

Agency Enterprise is seeking a Product Designer & Manager to join their team. The company is a development, data science, and design studio that partners with founders and executives to build custom software and machine learning solutions.He or she will collaborate with tech leads and developers in an Agile environment, interacting with clients to guide user experience mapping, product roadmaps, and feature prioritization.Responsibilities:

• Co-lead kick-off meetings.
• Manage product releases.
• Identify business needs and translate those into product requirements.
• Manage Agile product development process.
• Create user stories and manage the product backlog.
• Oversee and manage product timelines and budgets.
• Create sitemaps, user flow diagrams, low, medium, and high fidelity mock-ups.
• Contribute to product growth.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a designer or product manager.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Figma, Sketch, Linear, or Pivotal Tracker.
• Ability to provide direct and honest feedback.
• Experience in HTML/CSS or product development is a plus
