Account Director, Influencer Marketing

Viral Nation is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead influencer marketing initiatives. The Account Director will be responsible for driving client programs, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. They will own the end-to-end scope, delivering impactful results and exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culturally relevant social and influencer strategies, with expertise in both paid and earned engagement.Role involves:

• Owning and leading flawless execution of client scopes.
• Developing and implementing strategic direction for social and influencer campaigns.
• Spearheading influencer engagement, paid social, and measurement.
• Managing team development and growth.
• Fostering collaboration with Center of Excellence (COE) teams.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of digital/social/marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience managing multiple client portfolios.
• Expert knowledge of paid and organic influencer tactics.
• Proficiency in influencer management software.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Good understanding of paid and social amplification.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google, or other presentation software.
• Experience with cross-channel integration.
• Certification in Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School and/or Google Analytics.
• CRM software experience like Hubspot.
