Minitab is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join their sales team in Coventry, England. This role is ideal for someone eager to start or grow their sales career. The Business Development Representative will identify, pursue, and qualify leads within an assigned territory, playing a key role in converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Identify, pursue, and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Position Minitab’s solutions to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage pipeline leads.
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline.
- Manage and track all active and nurture leads.
- Convert marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads.
- Establish relationships with key industry professionals.
- Support marketing campaigns and events.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential.
- Entry-level role, customer-facing or previous BDR experience is a plus.
- Skills: Time management, effective communication, relationship building, and strong work ethic.
