Job Description
Minitab is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their team in a remote role within the Americas. The Senior Account Executive will be the primary point of contact for Minitab with prospects and customers, owning assigned enterprise accounts and territory. This role involves identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, developing and executing account plans, and generating new and renewal business through software product licenses/subscriptions and service offerings.
- Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities
- Developing and executing account and opportunity plans
- Generating new business (new logo, cross-sell, upsell, consulting & training)
- Generating renewal business through software product license/subscriptions and service offerings
- Facilitating and maintaining successful relationships with customers
- Intellectually curious and seeks to uncover customer’s unique business problems
- Passionate about delivering on goals and objectives, winning deals
- Consistent track record of 100%+ achievement on assigned quotas
- Skilled in value-based selling of complex software solutions to enterprise accounts (1B+) over 6-9 month sales cycles
- Mastered time management and territory management
- Collaborative to resolve conflicts and ensure follow-through
